I was just wondering if you were logging your food. If so, than you can go back and tweek what you are eating. You can see a trend and sort of mimic your eating pattern on the days that you see weight loss as opposed to days with no or very little weight loss. I also, put times on my personal logs because sometimes when I eat during different times of the day it makes a difference. I am still new, so I am really watching my journal for trends and to see what works best for my body. Good luck and hang in there!
