Well it’s been a while! I hope you all are doing okay and are making progress on your goals! I’ve been gone for a bit and haven’t been sticking to my goals. I had gone on a binge and basically gave up on myself and had a good 2 weeks where I barley got out of bed. So I had a brief episode! But I’m back now and I’m going to give it my all! Lots of love 💕
71.8 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
