3/6外食聚餐兩天~吃多結束後再散步回家累了再坐公車,簡單運動輕鬆瘦,隨時隨地運動

我煮飯也在深蹲跟原地跳~哈哈刷牙也是一邊扭來扭去,我兒子老公都習慣了,有一個每天在家跳來跳去的人
