If anyone is dealing with colon problems .....

Foods that help with gas and bloating: peppermint, herbal tea, cucumbers, yogurt, fiber, artihokes, bananas, spinach, mushrooms, eggs, fish, chicken.

NO to ..... nothing fried. carbonated beverages, coffee. beer, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus .....

Hopefully, after I have my colonoscopy on Apr 14, I will be able to enjoy all the foods I love, using portion control.

I lost 110 lbs. Was 150 lbs. and want to get back there. My current medical condition does not promote weight loss.
