早餐8:30 大熱拿 煎節瓜 荷包蛋 雞胸肉
中餐 豬頭肉豆乾 皮 油豆腐+燙青菜
下午 花生餅乾*2
晚餐 煎牛小排片 節瓜 婆婆蒸魚
52.9 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
