今天吃了好幾種 都吃一點點零食
早餐 最愛的可頌(15天沒吃)+大熱拿
中餐 湯高麗菜茼蒿+煎鮭魚1/2
晚餐 爛骰子牛肉+花椰菜 玉米筍 蛋
51.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
