This pass week (really this past 3 months) have been very stressful for me. My sister has been ill for the last 3 months and just found out this Monday that she has to have her gall blatter removed, which has been done the same day (Monday). She is now in a depression moded and still really sick to the stomack. This makes me worry myselp sick too, which means I am not eating right nor exercising like I should. I am not sleeping well either, but "To God be the Glory", she will as good as new in a few days and so will I. I will start out this Sunday ready and willing to be a new me. I have fallin off the wagon but I do know how to get back up and start all over again.
