Haven’t been consistently logging much the last 3 weeks and I’ve only trained 2x in the last 2 weeks.
Parents are visiting Cape Town so I’ve been spending some time with them, a friend is also visiting at the moment for this week.
I’ve had maybe 2 binge days on carrot cake and milktart and I’ve eaten out twice already but still managing to maintain.
Got back into training again today and hopefully will manage my 3x a week sessions again.
I’m taking the rest of the month off from counting but still making an effort to keep a good balance. I have a pretty good idea on what equates to 1800 - 2000 Cals as well as what my macros should look like in a day so as long as I keep in that range I should be getting plenty of the right stuff to maintain muscle and keep healthy. I also know what my 25g of sugar allowance a day looks like so I’ll do my best to be consistent in making better food choices. I’ll still be weighing-in and taking measurements so I can keep track on where I’m headed.
