I've had some health issues lately and had to under go some tests and that brought about fear...since my mother died in December of Colon cancer...and I ...well I just didn't follow through with any of it. I have more tests planned for May but I want to try and get back on track anyway. I'm going to start by writing down everything I eat (I already purchased a notebook) and I'll also log exercise. I need visual aid to help me be successful. I did miss the "FAT SECRET" website and I pray my problems are all curable and will end soon.
