Walaupun programnya surplus kalori, tp ttp ajasih harus memperhatikan asupannya. Jgn mentang2 bs makan banyak trs setiap hr makan nasi padang wkwk, yg ada penyakitan nanti. Ttp 80% makanan bergizi, 20% fun food. Aku gasuka labelin makanan dgn kata2 "good food/bad food", lbh suka dgn statement "bergizi/kurang bergizi". Dan ttp inget sesuatu yg berlebihan itu ga baik :)
