OMG!!OMG!! Well, I have lost it! I need help!! I have got to get back to doing what I was doing before. The winter was aweful. I lost my dog and I quit exercising like I use to. I started doing it every other day to every 3 days to 1 time a week! I started working longer hours and couldn't find the time and then I started eating on the go. I actually started liking the Angry Whopper! OMG! So, I am going to read my journal and start doing what I was doing before. I am going on my 3rd day of exercising again.
This time, the exact date, I was weighing 125! Now I am weighing 141! I did just get off my period and I am weighing at 9 p.m. I will weigh myself in the morning and start the weigh in every week again.
I need some support because I am not getting it from my husband. he likes me like this. I guess that would be fine if I had clothes that fit me for the summer! I can't button anything I put on.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Relax. Sounds like you had a bad winter, but you know how to do it again. Create some rules for yourself, like maybe no fast food. I often think of those wonderful people from Biggest Loser, who have so many pounds to lose, I think to myself, "I can do 15 or 20."

yeah, u've done it before, u know wut to do. eat right, workout and u'll get there. jus give urself TIME. good luck.

I joined this site because I need more encouragement than my husband gives me as well. the important thing is that you are happy! depression can certainly do a number. nothing can replace your dog, but a new one might get you out for walks again! [i lost my bichon of 5 yrs about 6 mos ago :-(] i try to always have a protein shake with me so i don't fall into the fast food trap. YOU CAN DO IT!
