Beautiful day today. Did my walk early. Fasted until after noon. Had lunch had dinner, now I’m enjoying a cup of coffee and Breakfast Cookie I made with ( zucchini, chickpea flour, steel oats, cranberries, unsweetened apple sauce, monk fruit sweetener.) so good.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
