1 big vegetarian keto meal a day followed by a hemp berry smoothie or protein shake and then a 20 hour fast. This has been my routine the last 3 days and I feel great. Still work out an hour at the gym and take walks. Have started losing weight at a much faster pace and have felt satisfied though out the day.
81.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
