I reached my target for the month of January to loose 3 Kgs per month.
So now I am on 94 Kgs. Now my next challenge for the month of February will be to loose another 3 Kgs and come down to 91 Kgs by 28 Feb.

94 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
