天啊 昨天吃一包餅乾竟然還降0.4
今早早餐守住了...沒吃早餐店麵包😅
早餐:大熱拿+茶葉蛋兩顆
午餐:洋蔥炒番茄姑類高麗菜+煎雞胸肉干貝
晚餐:乾杯燒肉
52 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
