Back up. I think due to bloating due to time of month due in next couple of days. Trying not to be disheartened.

63.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 4.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.2 kg a Week

This happens to me too...can sometimes be 4lbs...wait until after and then you'll get a more precise number.
