I know I just weighed in three days ago, but I really want to get back to my regular weigh in day of Friday. So here I am again. 239.8 which is down .6 lbs from Tuesday. Even if it's a gain, I need to post it. I'm keeping a book, too, where I write things down, keep track of my weight, my weigh in days, etc. I just wrote in the weigh in dates all the way to June. I won't be at goal then, but I'll be pretty darn close. If I hadn't been playing around, I could have been down another 25 lbs at least. But I can't beat myself up. I've lost 48 lbs. That's not too shabby, if I do say so myself. Lol.
