今天降-0.3 一定要守住 不能吃麵包
早餐 大熱拿 香菇雞蛋花湯
中餐 煎雞胸肉 節瓜 蒸蛋 地瓜
晚餐五點先吃豬頭皮豆乾海帶
六點吃一點青菜
餅乾幾塊
51.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
