I HAVE MY BIKE AGAIN!!! HOORAY!!!
I LOVE my bike...LOVE it!
Now that I have it out again, all tuned up and lubed up and running beautifully, there are no more excuses. Rain or shine, I ride to work five days a week.
I think maybe my weight was stalled there for awhile because I wasn't as active as I could be. Plus, I started eating a few more "not so good for me" foods.
But I've got my bike...and two days ago I rode to and from work in the pouring rain...and it was AMAZING!
Now I really have to remember to do at least 20 minutes of yoga when I get home, especially on the days when I work 10 or more hours...my muscles with thank me!
