whoo hoo!!!!! the 170's. YAY. I've lost 10.7lbs in 5 weeks!

81.3 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg. Still to go: 15.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week
