太感動了51.7第二天 這次我一定要守住
所以早餐我忍住了...好險😅
早餐 大熱拿+茶葉蛋1.5個
中餐 燒肉
下午 司康+雪花冰
晚餐 和蠣雞湯
51.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
