I cannot believe the scale... yes Ive been doing 'better' cutting back on portions. But I'm still enjoying cocktails and wine...desserts. I think this is a result of building on that muscle training for the 1/2. (Update - I injured my hip ligament - so I haven't run in 4 weeks. I haven't worked out in 4 weeks.) I was really upset that I couldn't run - because it felt great to see results in my body and face - not my clothing size - but the tone look vs the pudgy look - way better for me. I have to deal with it - there are other things I can do - so I can't make it to the gym - I can still do 15 deep squats before I take a shower and 2x12 girl pushups... something is better than nothing! ;)
75.5 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
