Starting to lose again...I think it has something to do with the fact that I am now riding my bike 40 minutes a day, five days a week! I'm still doing my regular stuff - 4 days of cardio/strength training and 20-30 minutes of yoga each night.
I just have to work on what I'm eating. I haven't figured out what EXACTLY works for me. There are days I eat what feels like junk and I lose weight. Other days I feel like I am eating super healthy, good-for-me foods and I gain like there's no tomorrow.
Time will tell...
