已經連續三天掉體重了....破天荒👍
早餐守住了...香菇雞蛋花湯+大熱拿
司康半顆(能吃甜食真的好幸福😉
中餐 自助餐菜+煎雞胸肉
傍晚又餓嘴饞吃了幾個炸雞皮和兩片蝴蝶餅
晚餐 婆婆白花椰菜 湯排骨 味增魚 馬鈴薯
51.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
