1.9 kg down & I was actually looking forward to the weight-in as I KNEW I have lost some weight. Very bad week emotionally, so I am really pleased that I resisted the urge to give up - had a bad day on Thursday, but only allowed myself a DAY and that's OK. Tought times ahead, hope I'll manage somehow.... Calculated my minimilestones to keep me motivated - TWO achieved today (% + BMI) and that seems to be enough of a reward for now. Got better at leaving food on the plate and binning some even before putting it on the plate (sure saved loads of fat & cals by removing 2/3 of the pie crust).
