14.7% bodyfat by inductance method. I am stronger then Ive ever been in my whole life. 185x6+ bench, 145x3x12 deadlift, 155x3x10 squat, 5 wide angle pullups per set. I am not gaining muscle because I dont eat enough and not dropping fat because I eat too much. I am going to try and drop a pound a week (500 calorie deficit) until my body fat hits around 7%.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
