Finished 16 hour fast. Stayed within calorie goal today , but not spot on for all macros. Just finished evening walk, and did over almost 13,000 steps in for the day.(5.8 miles). This does not include the steps I get at home. There from my morning walk and evening walk only.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
