想吃牛肉麵好險忍住 但食量有點大😅
早餐 培根🥐 大冰美
中餐 沙拉 煎雞胸肉 茶葉蛋 香菇杯湯
晚上 婆婆花椰菜 魚 排骨肉 竹筍
51.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
