I haven’t been able to workout all this week due to back to back Dr appts & 16 work day. I need sleep in between somewhere. Just low carbing, high protein and lots of water. Hoping to get into the 70’s this weekend. It’s GOING to happen!!!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
