早餐差點就去買培根可頌...好險很冷
早餐 大熱拿+3口蔥抓餅
中餐 沙拉 煎鮭魚節瓜
晚餐 沙拉 鮭魚 小卷

千層酥蝴蝶餅不可以再買了...要不然就像牛扎糖一樣..看到就想吃😅
真的不吃才是王道...不吃體重才會降,今天要買地瓜...好澱粉攝取🤗
