I feel pretty happy I have maintained my weight under 140lbs.

I don’t track any more but use sensible eating. I went out for supper last week and ate 3 courses but then also always pass on pancake and waffles bc I don’t love them- just moderately like them.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 62.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
