Yesterday's weigh in puzzled me so I got back on this morning. Will do so again tomorrow and see which of the 3 is most accurate. I did the calculation of the calories in vs out and remaining at 173 didn't hold up.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
