Completed 16 hour fast. Walked to Wawa’s for morning coffee, that gave me most of my steps today need about 500 to hit my 10,000 step goal will take a short walk later tonight.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
