I had a great workout today jogging. I jogged for 15 minutes again today. I started doing daily stretches this week too. I'll even start before I workout now. I went over on my carbs today, but I had done extra to try to get the calories burned as much as possible on that. I added in and and leg workouts today.
142.6 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 70.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.9 kg a Week

You might be well served to concentrate on walking at a comfortable pace and gradually increasing your distances. I’m not sure if you mentioned if you have had a physical prior to starting your exercise program. Do you have high blood pressure? All things to be considered.
