昨晚吃得晚又吃高熱量
早餐 大熱拿 玉米蔥抓餅
中餐 午餐肉 干貝沙拉 香菇杯湯
豬肉乾一片 巧克力餅乾 大熱拿
晚餐好險不合味口 吃幾朵花椰菜+一條魚
51.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
