Gak berubah menu makannya dr sebelum puasa sampai puasa, cuma berubah waktunya aja, tp alhamdulillah, turun bb juga, yg berubah setiap hari olah raga cuma 5 menit jalan ditempat, biar badan gak pegel2.
73 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
