YAAAA!!! before exercise just a dawy after the 123, i had a glass of wine with dinner, b and i are doing vegan just started yetserdasy i'm still eating dairy cheese-lower calorie anyway, was a huge break though haven't weighed in at this weight in awhile :) had enchiladas last night always works well for good weigh in lol
