I've been neglecting my diet so bad the last couple weeks. First week was ok. I ate healthy food. Week two. NOT SO GOOD! With Easter being here it was hard. All the chocolate. The great big yummy ham and turkey dinner. So This week I back on the wagon. No more shit! First thing tomorrow morning I am going to get on that treadmil for 20-30 mins everymorning and weather permitting I will go for a walk with my son and dog everynight!!!
