I had done some jogging today. I had done it for 20 minutes today instead of the normal 15.The weather was cooler today. Not really my favorite workout weather. I am glad for losing a little weight.Its not much but I have faith that I can lose it.
147.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 74.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
