Geez... it’s going up 😢.
Had a huge serving of Veg stir fry and fish 🙄🙄last night.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Stir fry often tend to be very salty so possibly water retention
