今天睡得晚起反而沒很餓
早餐 大冰美 花生切邊厚片1/4+蛋餅一塊
運動後喝了一杯高蛋白
中餐 煎櫛瓜玉米筍雞胸肉
16:30 香菇杯湯+半熟麵包一個
18:30 婆婆菜
