奇怪戒麵包+運動..一點都沒有鼓舞我
所以為了持久開心的減肥,今天早上開吃麵包早餐

早餐 大熱拿 培根🥐❤️
中餐 NY bagels 陪女兒看醫生被開單 自暴自棄的一天
晚餐 科減
51.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
