It’s been a pretty slow start for me. I’ve wanted to be thin for as long as I can remember and have never succeeded. Never. I have some different strategies going on this time and I’m in a different and much better place in my life. But the fear of failure lingers. Today I will be courageous. Today I will face my demons. Just today. Just one day.
