Go figure. Just back from a 5 day trip to NYC, where I didn't track my food and ate reasonably, but without adhering to my diet. I drank some wine and beer, but not a lot. We walked a lot and rode Citi Bikes (not the e-bikes) around, but it was probably not more than twice the exercise than I typically get. I feel good about this and will return to my more typical diet efforts. Again proving that weight loss is NOT calories in, calories out in the short term.
