I am not happy about this weight gain by any means. However, it is down from what is was on Wednesday at my doctor's appointment so that's a plus. When speaking to my Oncologist about the weight gain that is from the Prednisone that I have been put on for an unspecified amount of time, he was like it's normal to gain weight and I am surprised it took this long. Then, he says don't worry about it just eat. As I expressed to him, if I "just ate" on this medication I would gain over 100lbs because you don't get full. So, what I decided is I am going to be less critcal of myself when it comes to looking puffy because that is a side affect however, that does not mean I can't still combat the side effects with exercise and diet balance.
