intermittent fasting and lots of kale very little bread no sugar and an hour of exercise everyday I think my weight loss progress would be even greater but I have also been building muscle mass at the same time I am very happy with my progress so far and after 3 months I can actually see some results in my body as well as witnessing my increased endurance and strength when I go to the gym when I started tracking my progress on my fat secret I had already lost some weight I originally started at 194 so now I've nearly lost 25 lb I tracked calories in the beginning but once I got a good idea for a caloric content of the things that I ate the most of I quit taking the time to track them and just kept an idea in my head about how many calories I was eating in a day so when I am fasting I try to keep it around 800 and then never exceed 1600 any other day
76.8 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
