Considering my last recorded weight was 281 days ago & 177.0, I'm ok with that! Couple of weeks ago I started back on the recumbent bike & added treadmill. To keep me company I'm enjoying Discovery+ programs. The goes byvery quickly, 35 mins on bike & 25 on treadmill.
