Had a huge Greek salad at lunch
Half a pita and green beans for supper
Hot chocolate ( was oookay) and chocolate.
Waiting for the swoosh to 59kg.
Am eating below my calories 🙌🏾😢
60.8 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
