Have made progress in the last week working our at least an hour while maintaining a heart rate of 155 to 165. I have limited my caloric intake to about 1600 give or take and have so far lost a solid 5 lbs. or more. My main goals now is maintaining the level of activity I have so far accomplished while researching what my nutritional needs may be and try to meet them sufficiently through diet control so that all the calories I take in in a day are giving me the best results.
85.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
