I really do wish I could squeeze another 15 minutes out of my morning before work 'cause now these 15-minute jogs are just blasting by wayyy too fast!

Get out of bed 15 minutes earlier. Seems like the obvious solution. :)

I THINK THAT'S GREAT. I haven't even started exercising yet.

Wow! Thanx for all the great support! You guys rock! My dilemma is simple though. Back in August,2013, I cut my bed-time down by 15-minute intervals to see "How much is TOO much". Well, the long and the short of it is, that, between 6.5 and 7 hours rest is where I truly function best. (Stinks too, because I can remember in my younger years where 5.5 was nearly too long). Anyway, I am quite literally maxed-out when it comes rest. And I wouldn't want to jeopardize its tremendous benefits. So, I'm kinda wishin' upon star for the extra 15-minutes jogging. I REALLY LIKE the 30's I am doing on the weekend now. They pump me up on such a high that I just glide through the day. I'd love to experience that every day, right?

Oh I see! I can relate. I have a similar dilemma...and hate morning exercise so that does not help ;)
